@KiaInd I have always done service from authorised service centers, bought insurance directly from service centers yet such a pathetic experience. Now i am anxious if the service center has scrwed up my car and hence they are not updatin. What is a customer expected to do @KiaInd

@KiaInd Yesterday CRM told me that by 12 pm today, i'll get an update. I called GM at 1.30 he told me anothee 5 mins i will surely get a call. Its 5 pm n noone has bothered to even call back or respond on messages Y feign having the vest service if basic service etiquette is missing
