Me and my family traveled from chicago to Delhi and we had very bad experience flying with air india.
The flight duration was 15 hours and none of the entertainment system was working. Please provide the basis services.

Please make sure that our seats have entertainment system working because it's very hard to spend 16 hours of flight without entertainment system.
