@yabhishekhd Recharge prices of VI is higher than Jio recharge packs. Jio has 899 plan with unlimited 5G data no FUP 90 days validity. While VI has 1099 recharge with unlimited 4G/5G data with 84 days validity & FUP of 300GB for 28 days. Also VI charges for caller tune and missed call alerts.

@reliancejio @airtelindia Provides free missed call alert service. But @ViCustomerCare you guys are charging for this basis service. What kind of service you are providing. No wonder you are loosing your subscribers. This is not acceptable.
