यदि ऐसा कोई अधिकार नहीं है, तो प्रथम दृष्टया यह गंभीर आपराधिक कृत्य प्रतीत होता है। अतः मेरा निवेदन है कि पूरे प्रकरण की तत्काल निष्पक्ष एवं गंभीरता से जांच कराते हुए, संबंधित धाराओं के अंतर्गत मुकदमा पंजीबद्ध कर नियमानुसार कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई एवं गिरफ्तारी की जाए।

और यदि इस प्रकार स्वयं को संवैधानिक पदाधिकारी बताकर फर्जी लेटरहेड पर पत्र जारी करना कानूनन अपराध नहीं है, तो इसी प्रकार के आरोपों में जेल में बंद सभी व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध की गई कार्रवाई की भी समीक्षा की जानी चाहिए तथा उन्हें निर्दोष मानते हुए जेल से रिहा किया जाना चाहिए।

कानून सबके लिए समान होना चाहिए और किसी भी व्यक्ति को उसके पद, प्रभाव या पहचान के आधार पर अलग-अलग मापदंडों का लाभ नहीं मिलना चाहिए।
