If e20 has bad effect on engines which are not compatible then you will have massive anger against govt untill next elections comes.

And you have no idea what sort of adulteration games will start at petrol pump.
In the name of e20, u might get e40 or e50.. and god forbid if u get fueled up from petrol pump which was not maintained properly, u might get water more than petrol.

How to differentiate between E20 and adulterated E35/E40 at the time of filling petrol at petrol pump?

How to identify if phase separation has already occurred in inadequately maintained petrol pump and instead of fuel watered-petrol is being poured?

In the end you will shift blame on consumer that he somehow manufactured faulty fuel and car companies will refuse warranty..

The truth is India is not ready for E20.

Union Health Ministry Expands QR Code-Based Drug Traceability Framework to Vaccines, Antimicrobials and Anti-Cancer Medicines

In a major step towards strengthening the quality, safety and integrity of India's pharmaceutical supply chain, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has notified amendments to the Drugs Rules, 1945 to expand the ambit of Schedule H2 and bring additional categories of drugs under the QR Code-based track and trace framework.

Under the amended provisions, all vaccines, antimicrobials, narcotic and psychotropic drugs covered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985, and all anti-cancer drugs have been included under Schedule H2 of the Drugs Rules, 1945.

With this amendment, manufacturers of these drug formulations will be required to print or affix a Bar Code or Quick Response (QR) Code on the primary packaging label of the product or, where there is inadequate space, on the secondary packaging label. The QR Code shall store information that can be accessed through software applications to facilitate authentication and verification of the product throughout the supply chain.

The QR Code will contain key product information including the unique product identification code, generic and brand names, name and address of the manufacturer, batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates, manufacturing licence number, and details of excipients, wherever applicable.

Umbilical Cord Management:
Designated as the explicit first step. Deferred clamping ($\ge60$ seconds) is strongly emphasized; cord milking is excluded for infants under 28 weeks.

Flexible MR SOPA:
Ventilation corrective steps are no longer strictly sequential; clinicians can apply the most appropriate step based on the clinical situation.

Adjusted Ventilation Settings:
Initial Peak Inflation Pressure (PIP) increased to 25 cm H20 for infants >=32 weeks gestation, with a recommended rate of 30 to 60 breaths per minute.

Primary Airway Devices:
The laryngeal mask airway (LMA) is now approved as a primary airway device rather than just a secondary backup to intubation.

Tip-to-Gum Intubation:
Endotracheal tube insertion depth is now measured from the tip to the anterior edge of the upper gum line instead of the lip.

Updated Oxygen Targets:
Pulse oximetry targets now begin at the 2-minute mark (65-70%).
Initial FiO2 is stratified by gestation:
* 21% for >=35 weeks,
* 21-30% for 32-34 weeks, and
