Assume half of yours go down. If you’ve built enough safe channels alongside them, you’re still making solid money. That’s the whole point: volume absorbs the losses.

You should be monetizing a new channel every week. Not every month.

Because when half go down, the safe half carries you. That’s not luck, that’s math.

Same goes for niches. One niche means one policy change can end you. Spread across three or four and you’ll survive what kills everyone else.
