I ordered a shoe from @myntra and I have not received the shoe to date. But the order says it's been delivered, and I am repeatedly reaching out to customer care; they simply close the request by saying the order is delivered. Even escalating to the manager on call is giving

the same bad reply. I am even ready to share my CCTV footage of the day or the claimed time of delivery, but still, the team just says "sorry" and closes the request. Also, on the so-called delivery date, I did not receive any calls from the delivery guy.
