govt says ethanol is expensive than petrol, so there is no cost benefit.

it also reduces mileage, so overall fuel requirement is not coming down.

1 litre ethanol requires 2860 liter of water to produce, so its not environment friendly.

so, who benefits from ethanol blending?

@RailwaySeva @drm_lko No help from rail madad complaint! It is so disappointing to see a confirmed ticket under senior citizen quota getting downgraded! Absolutely incompetent system in place by IR. Total misuse of the unchallenged hegemony IR has over its services. No grievance redressal.
