@shome_rajarshi Didn’t read the full con-call but what i see is they plan to increase the bed count by 700 beds and 7-8k in nxt 3-4 years and PAT they say will increase by 4-5 times. Holding on basis of this. Will see next qtr how they are executing their plans.
@airtelindia@TheSunilMittal - u guys just knw how to mess around with your customer. Had raised SR &without knowledge it was closed & no resolution provided. I have the bill payment due tomm and my number gets disconnected if i dont pay for this unnecessary charges applied
@shome_rajarshi I had been to Vietnam. Their economy is lesser than us but they have a much better infrastructure for public and here even after paying so much taxes we dont even have basic get basic facilities even in metro cities.
@shome_rajarshi You can do a set up in Middle east whr taxes are least for businesses & just plan your travel like hw you are doing currently.6 mnths out of India and 6 mnths in India. Dng business in India is still cumbersome frm taxation pov but u have an advantage as u can wrk from anywhere.
@cromaretail Again waste of time when your escalation team called. Your team relies on the brand service guys to confirm if the issue is resolved or not rather than on the customer who has spent money to buy the product and the extended warranty. Keep it up
@Chart_Wallah108 Is Jash Engg a good buy at current level ?Price down by 20% from top but I don’t think will go below 490. Should go upwards of 750 in short them
You are responsible for improving your lives, not your politicians. The sooner you get this point, the happier you will be.
1) Own a house in close proximity to a beach
2) Learn skills that helps you make money online
3) Move away from a high population density city to avoid traffic, pollution, stress, arguments
4) Switch off news channels permanently
5) Build 3X the wealth you need
6) Keep 1.5X of it outside India to give your kids options (the way politicians do)
7) Keep 1 arm distance from people who have nothing to talk except for cricket and politics
8) Get sunshine, travel, live in good weather locations around the year
9) Try to eat natural food & walk a lot -- like Japanese people
10) Be grateful, smile and give 0 fucks about people's opinions
@HDFCERGOGIC - what a pathetic service. Being 1 of the premier GIC in India & having the worst srvc overall. Claim is approved on 9 Nov & i still dont see the Amt credited 2 my a/c. Even after raising the issue multiple times there is no update on it
Claim id- RR-HS24-14531969
@moneyworks4u_fa Yes old flats do sell for less than new. One of the reasons being its un used and other being u need to spend comparatively less on getting the house done. I have seen in Thane where old flats sell for almost 20-30% less than the new ones of one of the top builders here.
@Panks_Arora If you are 40 and above then makes sense to buy a house if you have the capital as you are more or less settled at a particular location. Below 40 would suggest to build wealth and then buy house post 40
