Currently open, no response. I visited the service center in person; I was told again that Eureka Forbes (not the service center) is responsible for the delay, and that they'll attend "when they're free or when stock is available."

The service center's official response: since my AMC was bought online (not through their local branch), I should expect slow support. They then stopped taking my calls and closed this ticket on 4th July without ever attending the complaint.
@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence what kind of service is provide by one of reputed provider at whitefield bangalore.there has been very frequent disconnections in broadband and impacting on day to day work. No improvement even after multiple escalation.

@Airtel_Presence@Airtel_Presence I had DMed details.. on a prime working day , we are facing issues and it complete society outage.. no one has a permamant fix for this and no one shre exact cause for this.its better to boycott the services permanently from the society..
@NammaBESCOM there has been no power for past 14hrs at Orchid Whitefield apartment and surrounding areas of hagadur.
No concurrent update on the issue and ETA, when a ticket has been opened, it has been closed as resolved, but actually issue is not resolved.
