Do not respond to emails where subject call out as urgent. Your oncall people do not help as they are sitting in Quebec.

I am indian passport holder n canada PR holder. I have flight from delhi to toronto via paris on 15 feb.

Am i allowed to travel via paris as per indian goverment bubble transport program ??

7) use fellow passage remote to call crew through light but noone came

Entertainment system was broken for 15 hr. flight. Have to called air crew 5 times to report/request for resolution.

@airindiain 3) Asked cabin crew to change seat. They said they are looking and let me know. No one came back in entire flight
4) There was no alternative (like: magazine) was given.
5) There was noway to switch on head light for reading as remote was broken
