@etihad @EtihadHelp Booked EY432 based on call centre agent confirming pet travel was allowed on AUH-HAN. Pets team denied it next day. pets aren't even allowed on this route. 3 weeks later, no refund, Etihad says they can't even find the call record! please help!!

My invoice included a free remote (valued Rs1500). They are refusing to deliver / refund saying it’s non compatible with my product. Why did they advertise the product and added that to my invoice. This company is very unethical

#NeonAttack horrible experience dealing with Neon attack. Ordered their Fluro lights. They delayed my order my more than a month with no communication despite multiple follow ups. Moreover they are refusing to deliver all invoiced goods!!

@whoop @aublumberg Having the same issue. Strap connected to phone. Phone connected to internet. Data hasn’t been able to sync for the past 14 hours. Workouts in between are getting analyzed though. Weird
