@DietDrsayajirao Doctors should also educate on what needs to be added and the correct order in which to consume foods. Carbs are not bad. Indian diet consits of Rice, wheat, dose, idle etc...But adding good proteins, fiber, ACV, walking after every meal makes a difference.
