@cmoaicilsccl@JoshiPralhad Pay disparity must be removed coal officers continuously working in hard conditions to lighten the entire India, compared to other psus like IOCL BPCL ONGC huge disparity in pay scale. Being such a large organisation continuously profitable psu, coal officers deserve this.
Violation of DPE guidelines by CIL&SCCL due to NCWA-XI, widened the pay conflict of executives & non executives & shall be rectified by a strong direction of MoC to equate the pay of E-1. & A -1 by providing pensionable pay/ additional increments @JoshiPralhad –
