I have no way to reject the offer on the website. I have called customer service multiple times, here is bogus voucher

@EtihadHelp @etihad …they assured me that the case will not be closed till the resolution has been provided. Inspite of that, the case was cancelled (it is not closed but rather cancelled). How pathetic customer service is that? Did you try checking with the supervisors I mentioned above?

@EtihadHelp @etihad @EtihadHelp The offer that case officer has been pushing for does not include accommodation compensation for which there was a fake voucher handed over to me. I have been trying to reach out to customer service and case officer to get that included. But no response.

@etihad …here is the bogus / fake voucher from your ground staff which was never honored by the hotel. And the investigating officer from your team is not even acknowledging the issue even when I have shared this multiple times…(4/n)
