Headlines concerning the #NYCSubwayShooting are misleading the public to believe the shooter #YouneceObuad will not be charged despite the fact that the DA’s Office merely said he will not be charged AT THIS TIME. All of the conduct may not be covered by self-defense. We’ll see.
