Where men and women differ is that women rightly (in their fear and cowardice) recognise the inherent threat men represent to them, and so are innately cautious and distrustful and must be "won over" slowly over time, by repeated demonstrations of competence and character to effectively trust a man enough to bear her vulnerability to him.
Men, do not have that inherent defence, because they do not view women as particularly formidable, intimidating or scary. So inexperienced men at least tend to approach women with far more open hearts, only to be crushed by the inherently capricious nature of woman.
What do I mean by capricious nature? I mean unreliable, prone to impulsive change, contradiction, to state one thing, then do its opposite, repeatedly, as a matter of "character" - to make profusely impassioned declarations in one state, then do the very opposite in another - naturally, it is maddening, naturally, because women tend to be careless with men's hearts, many men become wounded, and that within itself drives a type of cynicism, only for those injured men to be condescended to by society "you just chose the wrong one!" "they're not all like that!" - as if, womankind is in fact herself not incredibly arbitrary.
I would turn to woman and I would say, for all the safety and reliability and trustworthiness that you seek in man, do you think you could find that in yourself? If you were a lesbian, could you find that safety in another woman? If you were a man, could you find that safety in a woman? Can you create the very safety for a man that you seek from him?
My point is not a generic "women bad" post, though I realise low IQs, sentimental women and zealously cynical men may incorrectly read it as such.
My point is that men have to be a lot more cautious with women than they are, and then when they invariably get screwed over because they were not, not overcorrect with cynicism.
You must go slower than is natural to you, and you must make her earn everything. You can express yourself to her, but you should not become indulgent with it until she has proven herself repeatedly as someone you can rely on.
You should not let women near you who are not obsessed with you and thus treat you as an option, but you should also not trust women obsessed in the wrong way: those who project onto you and don't see you for who you truly are, but as a mere fantasy you can never live up to.
In reality, this leads to very slim pickings, for as much as I adore the feminine in her highest form and thus speak highly of it, I think the average woman is grossly insufficient - unmarriageable. I do not like saying this and sincerely wish to be incorrect about that, but I also prefer not to lie, and I believe this to be the case.

The ideal citizen is the scholar athlete, the man of thought and the man of action.”

Was struggling to get why I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I thought I was at a level I wasn’t.
Reviewed gym posing room footage mercilessly and saw high bf %, not great skin or clothing.
Career wise at the beginning in late 20s, broke, just getting by.
It has dawned on me I will be 28 soon with nothing to show. My advice to younger men, don’t be like me.
It is not over for me I understand.
But by now I should be much further ahead. I had the tools yet I did nothing. It is sad. You have the A.I etc do let youth slip- Grind.
A theory I’ve thought about. Most men’s struggle with approaching/dating in the pre engagement phase.
1. What is your relationship with your own desire. Is it natural for you ? Do feel it needs to be hidden or a shame ?
4. Fear of rejection. Reasonable, fear of your reputation being tainted or the idea something may be wrong with you (should be fixed with the faith and self esteem section) or impacting an existing relationship.
