@jemelehill We do pay when he gets honor roll - but he has to split the money he gets up to spend, save, and give. That counts for any money he gets - birthday, holiday, grades, etc. It all gets split the same.

@Karnythia My kid hates team sports, dislikes the outdoors, and doesn't want to learn martial arts. He is probably stronger and more active than most kids because he does 5-6 - 30 min dancing periods over the course of 24 hours. Not doing moves, just running around and dancing to music.
