@AshwiniVaishnaw Extremely disappointed. 22581 BUI–NDLS SF Express delayed by 3+ hours from Varanasi and the source station changed suddenly without proper notice. Last-minute chaos for passengers. Railways can do better than this.

I have checked multiple apps to track the train status, but all are showing different timings and no exact information is available. Due to this, we had to extend our stay and spend extra money. We are helpless. The public is helpless
