Well that is what I am trying to say here. Despite being a highly respectable person, why was he not respected? And it is the educated people who didn't respect him than the uneducated ones. The respect was reserved to a highly undeserving personality who is occupying his post today.

The initial work what is being referred here was an eyewash. There was no good intent there. It was just to make people believe that he is capable of doing something better. Everything done was just to further his own interests and stay in power. He is not one of the worst, but THE WORST.
