Loneliness
I too have known loneliness.
I too have known what it is to feel
misunderstood,
rejected, and suddenly
not at all beautiful.
Oh, mother earth,
your comfort is great, your arms never withhold.
I'm going to take a few days off.
Finding new paintings to share every day is beginning to take a toll after 6 years. I've a hospital appointment on Tuesday and after that I'll assess the situation. Everyone has been so kind.
Love you all ❤️

Denali National Park is such a beautiful place and a great habitat for animals. Belinda Greb Photography https://t.co/vPH5y02Yxv https://t.co/KwKvftGcUT https://t.co/AlCp1sUAOQ https://t.co/QtXcJYab0h
It was the kind of afternoon where the clouds start holding little meetings above the trees, and everything below just... waits. ☁️🌳 I had the odd sensation that the whole landscape was politely pretending not to notice me painting it.

While I was visiting Kauai, it was a delight to suddenly see this beautiful Laysan Albatross strolling right by my lanai and continue on his morning walk. He seemed as pleased with his surroundings as I was.
