@OliBbbox @hotelsdotcom There are so many people on Twitter complaining so it's not just us. I don't understand why it doesn't get picked up by media. I got a very 'nice' message from Hotels saying they are looking into it and will get back to me within 4 weeks. But I do not hold out much hope :-(
