@santanderukhelp Yes you gave great support and the complaint contact details - but in the end I decided Im not trying to get anyone in trouble - My priority was access to the card - I finally got the card details - I am grateful for all the support you gave - thank you
@santanderukhelp First let me say the Twitter response team have been great - However I am deeply disappointed how Santander have handled a simple sendout of new debit card - I should have had access to digital card in the app - instead a terrible service, a horror story :(
@EvriHubPost I need a resolution - you’ve had my parcel for over a week - your customer service is terrible - I’ve spoken with your customer service by email and you seem to just make excuses - you’ve admitted you have my parcel, why can you not just send out the parcel to me?
