The situation has improved.

Not saying that it's the best.

Definitely, improvements are needed.

There was a time I’d lose sleep

for days before shipment arrival.

Not anymore.

Here's a playbook that we follow:
- Hire a trusted CHA
- Share photos + HS codes in advance
- Clear all queries, take their green signal to load
- Stick to what you declared

The Result:

Shipments cleared a day after arrival.

Online & seamless.

A lot of you would disagree.

But, I had to share my experience.

It's under Class-A ( NSNM )

And this equipment requires CDSCO registration only , yet the customer officer keeps shifting goalpost from last 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks he is claiming product is Class-B
