@BStulberg So much of wellness is often summed up in the word ‘capability’. Anything that fires up energy so that you can become more is classed as wellness to me.
This is Glen Mills.
The man behind Usaine Bolt's world records.
He taught Bolt a technique that made him the fastest man of all time...
Here's the technique:
Interesting article, the biggest leap in the hyper-experiential shopping experience will be something akin to Minority Report. Where iris scanners personalise recommendations as consumers walk into the shop. The ethical implications are another matter that will be addressed soon I'm sure.
Equally, if you've seen the hyper-reality videos on YouTube, is that a step too far?
Getting the balance right will be key.

Most business owners are content with:
- Slow, incremental growth that barely keeps pace with inflation.
- Customers who are merely transactions, fleeting and forgettable.
- Employees who clock in and out without passion or purpose.
You're different, you want more:
- Growth that transforms industries with a positive impact.
- Loyal fans who advocate for your brand. Fueling its expansion.
- Passion for work in your team.
One is easier than the other.
The latter is difficult and takes time but is far more fulfilling.
Take your pick.
@TheRock I mean out of reach for most but sure you could build an small gym in the plane??
I've heard of your portable 18 wheeler gym convoy, I reckon next frontier is the air 😂 🛩️🏋️.
@thejustinwelsh It's a process though right and sometimes you can't get to a position to up and quit.

Then you can decide which is better for you depending on how each progresses, or doesn't.
@basedbrickpush1 Here, you'd obviously leave at this point. TF would you want to find out what killed elephantman alien??!
If it did that do you think you can make friends with it?
No. Outta there.
I'm looking forward to the advertising campaign for this one...!

This rings true 😅.
You need to realise that mistakes will be made.
It's all a part of the learning process.
Perfectionism is an excuse your mind makes for avoiding the pains that might be found in vulnerability.
You're not allowing yourself to step into the arena. Yet that is the only place where you will find success.
Realise that the longer you live in uncertainty the stronger you will become.
You will reach your goals faster if you accept the inevitability of rejection through detaching it away from your sense of self worth.
Action will defeat perfectionism, you just need to allow yourself to be imperfect at it.
@WallStreetSilv Absolutely not. We should be encouraging as many faiths as possible to practice their religion. Extremism of any kind has to be stamped out, it's not limited to Islam.
