Remember that in survival mode a totally different part of the brain emerges. Lower brain functions kick in and the limbic system takes over our pre-frontal cortex (our logical thinking brain shuts down). We are in survival mode.
Everyone who is upset this isn’t a “shelter in place” order needs to understand that if you follow this it becomes exactly what a “shelter in place” is. An “order” isn’t going to stop anyone who doesn’t take this seriously. Just do your part. #COVID
