@kenzietuff I think the largest issue is that women used to have the support of family and friends while they were doing this. In this day and age it’s a lonely, isolated gig. That’s really not healthy for anybody.

At every fall out there is always the reminder that “online soldiers” should not have a say because they are not on the ground.

We used this same social media to raise abduction awarenesses, fundraise including Dollar Friday, gather V11ns to help with tabulation, make noise about FAZ, encourage Voter Registration among young people and Voter Participation, l could go all day.

if truly we are as useless as you say we are at every opportunity you get and ground soldiers are powerful. Wonder why the ground forces haven’t delivered the desired outcome to save Zimbabwe with the ground votes.

Everyone in the struggle is important. Those who vote, those who fund, those who speak out, those who take notes at meetings, those who manage mere social media groups etc.

Building an Opposition Movement a year before an Election , after losing Party funding , Party Headquarters , and legislators to tortoise on a fence post , and rising from the ashes to wrestle 104 seats from a 60 year old Revolutionary Movement seamlessly conflated with the State and supported by the entire security structure. Equally No 45 year old is being fought with as much zeal by his own generation for succeeding this much assisted by the same Revolutionary Movement smarting from a disputed election. But perhaps his biggest challenge now is how to protect his victory and gains from this onslaught and it calls for a different kind of response to winning. Intruders and thieves only understand one language even in the jungle if you want to steal offspring from an Eve !
