@ThxInquisitor@_iBeekay@OsemudiamenOG@Boboye_Ak They are in the business of food and drink and are a well recognised brand. They have to submit every ad for approval or risk huge fines. If they are a little company, they may get away with it. Big companies can’t afford that risk.
@GbenroAdegbola First time I went to the uk was in summer. I loved it so much that I decided I was going to move. Everyone was out strolling and enjoying the sun. People were dining out on the streets.
I moved during the winter months and I was in shock 😫😫. It was like I was in a fever dream
@Southside_Gunn lol. All my pilot friends look like this 🤣. Dreads, jewellery and such. People rarely see the pilots that fly their planes hence, all this fuss. Wish I could tag one of them here but they don’t use twitter
@JunaUSA This is not a good look for you and your partner. It’s quite malicious. Everyone knows not all spinal surgeries are 100% successful. Saying you want your partner’s back fixed is not on this man. Let him quit in peace.
This is for Tech Newbies,
I’ve always said this , “DON’T DESTROY YOUR EYES before the bag ($) comes.
Blue light, also known as high-energy visible (HEV) light, makes up one-third of the visible light spectrum i.e comes from our screens and monitors. In and of itself, blue light is not bad: our main source of HEV light is the sun, and HEV light is what makes the sky look blue.
Additionally, taking in blue light boosts alertness, memory, cognitive function, and mood (is is also used to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder).
While blue light isn’t all bad, staring at our screens and monitors all day exposes us to really unhealthy amounts of it. Making matters worse, our eyes are poor at blocking it out!
HEV light scatters more easily than other light, and all this scattered light reduces contrast and creates digital eye strain. It’s damaging to our retinas and causes changes similar to macular degeneration, which can lead to gradual (but permanent) vision loss.
If you find yourself always staring at your screens often, get an ABL glasses to manage your blue light exposure.
