6days & no resolution. Consulate not able to understand the problem. People are facing problem. In pasport rnwl form, we don't see an option to selct place of birth like state & district in the drop down menu. So, no way to complete the form. See below

We are not able to submit renew passport application since last 5 days. Drop down options are not working. Nobody picks up call. When should we expect to get this fix? Please understand our pain as we need to travel to India upcoming summer and need help

@ICICIBank Is there a escaltion email id or respnsible persn who could help to resolve issue? If an acount is NRO then how will a person visit branch to update cell number? Pathetic situation. Looks like ICICI bank doesnt care. Nt able to access acount from 2 mnths. Nobody cares

@ICICIBank Sorry to say but your hlpdsk is pathetic. It has been more than a month & my issues are still not resolved after talking to ICICI folks for few hours and few emails. Looks like you guys are shying to say that why don't i close the account? Share the process to close.
