When I am patient with myself, I can extend patience to others. When I understand myself, I can learn to understand others. When I am soft with myself, I can be soft with others.
When I am good to myself, I am good to others. When I give care and love to myself, I can give care and love to others. When I am well, I can support others in their wellness. When I survive, I can uplift the survival of others.
I feel like I’m entering a final piece of my journey with self. I have many but this one is a few years old, and the last piece of it is about pleasure. Through that, being present, being true and completely myself. This is the final piece because it’s the hardest.

Im haunted & accompanied by the way being homeless or w. unstable housing/income in nyc gave us this skill of stacking, & packing all our shit. Ppl walk around w stacks of cans & bottles in clear bags bigger than themselves, huge suitcases, intimacy spilling open in a train car.
One time, as I was approaching a train station, I offered to help a lady who had mad shit to carry. She was so hesitant, afraid I would steal it. She accepted, but the whole way down told me how people have tried to take her things and asked me over and over not to.
Sitting here, just day dreaming. Wondering why the fuck @sprint charges me so much when my service is always faulty. Where my money going, @sprint? @TMobile looking cute from over here.
