I appreciate your reply, but I need to strongly reiterate that this decision is inconsistent with YouTube’s own policies. In your official policy video on sex and nudity, it explicitly states that nudity is allowed in artistic, documentary, and educational contexts. My video falls under this category. I was documenting an art exhibit that included historical works, not uploading explicit or sexual content.

If this decision was truly made “carefully,” then it should reflect the policy YouTube itself communicates to creators and viewers. At the very least, I should be able to have my case reviewed by a human who understands the distinction between pornography and art.

I ask that this be escalated for a genuine human review in light of YouTube’s stated exceptions for artistic nudity. Taking down my channel for sharing art not only undermines your stated guidelines but also unfairly penalizes creators who are working in good faith within the rules.

I just reviewed YouTube’s own policy video on sex and nudity (https://t.co/Hu4gk4Bh1K), and it clearly states that nudity is allowed in artistic and educational contexts. My video falls exactly under that category, it documents an art exhibit where some historical pieces contained nudity.
This was not sexual, pornographic, or exploitative in any way. It was strictly artistic and educational. According to the guidelines in your own policy video, there is absolutely no reason for my channel to be penalized or taken down.
I respectfully ask that you review my case and reinstate my content, as it fully aligns with YouTube’s stated policies.

I am reaching out regarding a recent action taken against my video. my appeal got rejected even though there was absolutely no real nudity in my video.

I want to clarify that I did not upload explicit or pornographic material. The footage in question was filmed at a public art exhibition, where some pieces of ancient art contained slight nudity (such as sculptures and paintings).
I was not aware that showing artwork of this nature could violate community guidelines, as I believed that nudity in the context of historical or artistic works was permitted on the platform. My intention was purely educational and artistic, to document and share my experience at the exhibit, not to post sexual or explicit content.
I kindly ask you to review this decision, taking into account that the nudity shown was incidental and part of displayed artwork, not graphic or exploitative in any way.
