Purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 last year, and it overheats within 10–15 minutes normal use. I've submited it twice to Dell Service Centre in Lucknow, only to be told this is a known issue with this model.please explain why I shouldn't seek relief through the Consumer Court. @Dell
