90% of the modern Indian movies and web series are trying to normalize these:-
1. Divorce & nuclear families.
2. Life is best experienced without marriage and kids.
3. Motherhood is the roadblock to career and ambition.
4. Women are the happiest when they are pursuing their career. A housewife is always oppressed.
5. Unmarried men trying to woo and impress single mother and her kids.
6. Live-in relationships as “real love” and marriage as a trap.
7. Extra-marital affairs as self-discovery, not betrayal. And justified due to emotional neglect.
8. Joint families and in-laws as toxic by default.
9. The husband/father as either abusive, useless, or comic relief. Misandry is used as humour.
10. Tradition, rituals and religion as superstition that “holds women back.”
11. Children as a burden that steals a woman’s identity.
12. Hook-up culture and “situationships” as modern and healthy, as means of self-exploration.
13. Leaving your family & stable job to “find yourself” as the highest form of courage.
14. A stable, ordinary marriage as boring and unambitious.
15. Anyone defending family, duty or commitment as regressive, and orthodox thinking which must be updated.
Cinema plays a very important role in how the society is conditioned. The Indian cinema is doing the same what western cinema did in 2000s through Big Bang Theory, Friends, How I met your mother, etc.
What they are trying to condition the society into, will push it into more disjoint sets.

Along with us at @Pamphlet_in, @VijayGajeraO is also sued by @d_s_thakur. This is intimidating tactic. Those who call for transparency don't like being transparent themselves.
List of important issues raised by Men's rights activists (India):
1. Married male suicide epidemic ( consistently the highest demographic in NCRB data)
2. Non-gender-neutral rape and sexual assault laws (no legal recognition for adult male victims under BNS)

4. Zero legal protection for male victims under the Domestic Violence Act.
5. Consensual relationship breakups criminalized as "rape on false pretext of marriage" (Section 69 BNS)
6. Extortionate interim maintenance and alimony granted regardless of the wife's income or adultery
7. Legalized paternity fraud (courts refusing DNA tests and forcing husbands to fund children born from a wife's affair)
8. Systematic denial of child custody and visitation rights to fathers in family courts
9. Hazardous labor fatalities in unorganized sectors (construction, mining, sewer cleaning)

14. False POCSO (child abuse) charges filed against fathers to deny child custody
15. Arbitrary passport seizures and Look Out Circulars (LOCs) ruining NRI men's careers
16. Zero punishment for wives committing perjury (lying about income to claim alimony)

19. Media trials and zero anonymity for falsely accused men
20. Zero legal protection against male-on-male sexual assault after the removal of Section 377 in BNS
21. Male taxpayers funding gender-exclusive freebies while commuting in overcrowded compartments.

INDIA IS FALSE CASES CAPITAL OF THE WORLD
Do you know —— If you want to file a complaint against the conduct of a Judge, i.e. Mr. judicial servant, Where can you do it?
You can file a written complaint in the format of a simple letter, with the relevant points and your prayer, to the Registrar (Vigilance) of the same District Court.
You can write a grievance letter to the Chief Justice of the concerned State High Court.
Or you can write a grievance to the Chief Justice of India at the Supreme Court.
Or you can also right to Ministry of Law and Justice — Department of justice .
And don’t forget one of the best ways — you can also file a grievance on the CPGRAMS portal managed by the PMO/government grievance system.
And remember — complaints can make a difference.
Around 8,000 complaints were reportedly registered against judges in connection with a chapter in an NCERT book, and the chapter was later removed.
“If they cannot do justice, they have no right to do injustice.”
Know your rights.
Be a part of judicial reforms. Together, we can.
@Indian_Analyzer Those pushing for marital rape law are well aware that it would be difficult for the Centre to oppose marital rape law coz it will show the government as ‘anti-women’. The govt has hardened anti-men laws so much to appease women for votes that it needs a course correction to undo
> Testing waters is age old tactic of feminists but it is not that effective anymore as it used to be.
> A trend is noticed wherein MOUs signed and affirmed by family courts in marital disputes are being challenged after women have obtained all the benefits.
> Same old movie gets replayed in HCs and SC that MOU was signed by woman allegedly under coercion/duress or T&Cs of MOUs were not complied with.
> Women resorting to such tactics don’t even realise that they are questioning their own agency in courts of law and making fool of themselves.
> Sadly, such matters are reaching SC, despite they must be nipped in the bud by HCs.
> In the matter below after obtaining divorce and waiving off her right to maintenance through MOU, woman claimed that MOU was signed under duress and filed Domestic Violence case without any rhyme and reason to claim compensation.
> HC rejected the challenge of man. Making man go to SC. Well, hope courts across India realise that martial disputes are still governed by laws of this country.
> SC set aside the judgement of HC, quashed the DV case and questioned the woman that if MOU was signed under duress she must have first challenged the execution of MOU stopping short of any cost on her.
> Only way to stop such unnecessary litigation is to put exemplary cost on such disgruntled women. Time to walk the talk.

They know that most men are opting out of marriage, so they have to come up with laws to secure the bag.
They destroyed marriage, now they going after relationship, then soon they will tell you if you slept with a woman multiple times she deserve a pay.
You even look at her with any interest and she’s eligible for emotional toil benefits.🤣
Prostitution is about to be the biggest market after tech and oil.
Married? Give her your money.
Not married? Give her your money.
Dating? Give her your money.
Men are avoiding marriage, so they are creating new laws to steal from him anyway. "Cohabiting law." Lived together for 2 years? Now you owe her like a wife.
Men said "I'm not getting married" - so now they are creating automatic inheritance laws.
If he dies without a will, she gets everything automatically. Girlfriend, baby mama, live-in - doesn't matter, give her his money.
The West is not after equality. It's after MEN'S MONEY. It's after your life, your labor, your legacy.
But men will always adapt. That's what women don't understand. You squeeze men too hard, they find another way.
Beautiful words by Madras High Court while granting divorce to a husband. The wife kept filing cases, kept wanting him to be a puppet of her and her father and then expected to resume marital life after 6 years of litigation
> Remove women's reservation
> Remove diversity hiring
> Remove free bus rides and metros for women
> Remove freebies for women
> Remove biased laws that favor women
> Remove women-centric scholarships
> Remove Ladli Behna and other such useless yojnas
If you are giving something, give it to both men and women, or remove it.
Why are men discriminated against so much in our country?
@venom1s Watch Dr . Neeraj Rai’s videos on this issue. Intra Caste marriage has led to many health issues among Indians and likely to bring disastrous in future
Feminists not wanting a son isn't about hating men. It's about protecting their worldview.
With only daughters, the story is easy: women = victims,
men = problem.
You can teach your daughters that every problem in life is because of men, and never get challenged.
A son breaks that story completely.
With a son, you have to admit your boy can be vulnerable too.
He can be falsely accused and no one will believe him.
He can be hit by his girlfriend and people will laugh.
He can be manipulated, cheated on, and told to "man up."
He can work 20 years and lose everything in one divorce.
He can lose his kids and still have to pay for them.
With a son, you have to admit women can be the villains too. Women can lie. Women can abuse. Women can manipulate. Women can destroy a man's life and walk away clean.
A daughter lets you keep the fantasy alive. A son forces you to see reality - that pain, cruelty, and evil don't have a gender.
That's why they don't want a son. Because you can't preach "all men are the problem" while raising a little boy who you love more than your ideology. That's it.
Like I always say, leave women alone with their choices when they are young.
Let them be rebellious and broken in their early 20s and 30s because they don't think about the future. They only think about NOW.
You cannot advise a 23-year-old woman. She thinks she knows everything. She has Instagram followers, she has attention, she has 10 men in her DM, so she thinks she is winning.
Tell her "that lifestyle will cost you later" - she will laugh. She judges her entire life based on her current status. Right now she's hot, young, getting free dinners, traveling, so she thinks it will be like that forever.
Women only learn when the wall hits. When they come of age. At 35, 38, 40. When attention dries up, when choices narrow, when no serious man wants her anymore.
That's when regret comes. That's when she starts saying "I wish someone told me."
Someone DID tell you. You just weren't listening because you were too busy being rebellious.
So let them. Don't waste your energy advising women in their 20s. Let life be the teacher.
