दिनांक ०४ ऑक्टोबर २०२६ रोजी मालवणी पोलीस ठाण्याच्या सरकारी क्रमांकावर एका चिंताग्रस्त पालकांचा फोन आला—"आमचा मुलगा तीव्र नैराश्यात असून स्वतःचे बरेवाईट करण्याच्या विचारात आहे, तो कुठे आहे काहीच माहिती नाही..." घटनेचे गांभीर्य ओळखून मालवणी पोलीस ठाण्याच्या वरिष्ठ पोलीस निरीक्षक राणी पुरी यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली, पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक पियुष टारे व निगराणी पथकाने तात्काळ चक्रे फिरवली. कोणताही ठावठिकाणा नसताना केवळ तांत्रिक साधने, कौशल्य आणि जलद हालचालींच्या जोरावर पोलिसांनी त्या इसमाचा अज्ञात ठिकाणी अचूक शोध घेतला. त्याला अत्यंत संवेदनशीलतेने सुखरूप ताब्यात घेऊन त्याच्या कुटुंबीयांच्या हवाली केले.

माहिती मिळताच काहीच वेळेत दाखवलेली ही तत्परता आणि कर्तव्यदक्षता यामुळे एक मोठा अनर्थ टळला असून एका कुटुंबाचा आधार सुरक्षित राहिला आहे.

In Malad-Malvani, Mumbai, a Hindu activist exposed a drug mafia. Instead of taking action against the drug mafia,

the Malvani Police allegedly threatened the activist. Later, 3–4 Muslim individuals allegedly linked to the drug mafia attacked him outside the police station.

When he went back to file a complaint, the Malvani Police allegedly assaulted him brutally.
It is being alleged that the drug mafia is receiving open protection from the police.

🚨 Application for Complaint of Ganja Sale

Malvani Police Station,
Mumbai.
Subject: Regarding the complaint of open marijuana sale in the Rathodi area of Malvani.
Sir,
It is requested that an open marijuana sale and drug trade is taking place in the Rathodi area of your Malvani district. According to local residents, a person named (Sandeep) alias "Sandy" is the main culprit in this illegal activity, openly selling and supplying marijuana.
Due to this illegal activity, youth and schoolchildren in the area are falling prey to drug addiction.
Despite this, the Malvani Police Station is not taking any concrete action in this matter, which sends the message to the public that the police are ignoring or condoning this trade.
Therefore, we request you to take immediate action in this matter:

Strict legal action should be taken against (Sandeep) alias (Sandy) and his associates who are selling illegal marijuana.
