Hi @KTRBRS, I am writing to invite you to @Northeastern (right across the river from Harvard) next week when you're in Boston. I would love to host you for a discussion on AI policy making and governance. Would love to hear your thoughts!
Judged the Claude x ACM hackathon today. Amazing projects!
Note to myself:
1. Explain the problem and connect it to a story
2. Explain how does the solution we built solves for the problem.
3. How to scale and market it/sell it.
@VentrapragadaS2@Voxel51 There was one really interesting project on fall detection . One thing that makes it most interesting is that they build a validation dataset by capturing their own videos in such a short time.
Sam Altman on focus:
โFocus is a force multiplier on work. Almost everyone Iโve ever met would be well-served by spending more time thinking about what to focus on. It is much more important to work on the right thing than it is to work many hours. Most people waste most of their time on stuff that doesnโt matter. Once you have figured out what to do, be unstoppable about getting your small handful of priorities accomplished quickly. I have yet to meet a slow-moving person who is very successful.โ
