My Diamond Membership account closed due to unable to verify valid ownership, after my booking.

I was not able to login to my account after booking, it took 15 days via emails and call to just login, and at the end I did change my email ID to login.

And even after all of this at the end I did lost the 7500 bonus reward points and Diamond memeber ship.
