I am traveling in 2AC(A2)on train 12335. I would like to report that the curtains in the coach are in a terrible condition. They lack hooks and the fastening straps are broken, causing a lack of privacy.

No proper action taken on my complaint so far.charges 2AC fares but fails to deliver matching services. Staff just came, filmed a video of the torn curtains hook, and left. Nothing changed. Is this how complaints are resolve??

@RailwaySeva @AshwiniVaishnaw @IRCTCofficial Train just stop at mokama junction(2 min stoppage) then two-three people arrive at coach and repair some work and train runs than just both people goes out without complete work .
Only 4 hooks hanging and no other work and strap remains unchanged .It means work 3/10.

दिनांक 13/05/2026 को रेल 13236 से परिवार के साथ जनरल डिब्बे में यात्रा के रहा हूं ,सफाई में बहुत ही बेकार ,बॉथरूम में गंदगी और पानी भी नहीं तो रेल विभाग इसपर ध्यान क्यों नहीं देती ।
13236 आकर देख लीजिए सच क्या?
