👉1 Mar 2014– Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad (UPA) announced ONLY 2 new medical colleges for HP: Chamba & Nahan. Hamirpur was not part of this announcement.
👉4 Mar 2014 – Himachal CONgress Cabinet under CM Virbhadra Singh approved signing MoUs with the Centre for only Chamba and Nahan medical colleges. Again, Hamirpur was not included.
👉17 May 2014 – Himachal CONgress Cabinet sent proposal to MODI SARKAR for a medical college at Hamirpur under the CENTRALLY SPONSORED SCHEME (90:10 funding).
👉27 May 2014 – MODI SARKAR approved Medical College at Hamirpur. 90% funding by MODI SARKAR at Centre.

After that...Sannata from CONgress State Govt. Couldn't even complete land acquisition & clearances.

Fortunately, CONgress lost next assembly election & BJP formed Govt in HP. Things speeded up with combined efforts of Modi Sarkar & BJP State Govt.

👉16 June 2018 – CM Jai Ram Thakur-led BJP Government laid the foundation stone of the 250-bed teaching hospital, inaugurated the residential block, and launched the permanent campus project.

👉2018–19 – Under the Jai Ram Thakur (BJP) Govt, the college started functioning with 100 MBBS seats after receiving the necessary approvals.

Then what has Sukhu Govt done?

👉20 Oct 2024 – Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu-led CONgress Govt laid the foundation stone of the auditorium and Principal's residence.😂

👉21 June 2026 – Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu-led CONgress Govt laid the foundation stone of the ₹35-crore Critical Care Block and announced shifting of major departments to the new campus from July 2026.

Now if laying foundation stone of an auditorium & Principal's Residence and of Critical Care Block is 'Building & Starting' a medical college.... Then I request CM Sukhu ji to refer to a 'good' dictionary.

Biggest change . @narendramodi Ji brought in Bharat's Electoral Politics is that he converted Bharat's General Elections in US Presidential style election.

Earlier people used to vote for parties, since 2014 they started to vote for PM Candidate. 'Leader' took precedence over 'Party' in people's Choice & that's a good thing.

CHINDIs have not been able to give alternative face as their PM Candidate & how can they? Firstly, they are not united & secondly, whom will they project even if united... Rahul Ghandy? Mamata Bano? Akhilesh? Tejashwi? Uddhav Thackeray? Who? None of them stand even 5% opposite Tall Image of Modi Ji in people's mind.

Reason why, CHINDIs want people to vote for their party/alliance & people are rejecting their demand since 2014.
