@prasannavishy Absolutely. Remove the exemptions completely so that no one feels humiliated at the toll plaza. Neither the staff nor the and forces personnel. It appears to be a simple case of one party exercising the option provided whereas NHAI is on other side. Is it too difficult to resolve

The annual pass is probably a sham where a toll plaza on National Expressway, in this case Kundali on Eastern peripheral expressway NE-2 is under state govt and annual pass will not be honoured there
