@SSivanDMK Sir it is already affordable starts from 7.4% as far as I know. It may be even low in Pvt banks like HDFC. With this rate you can buy/build upto 2 houses on your name.

@shreemallatheru For seltos it is worth it. All its engines are reliable unlike Tata's. Tata tgdi & NA are new and NA is very slow. We can't bet that much on tata knowing its reliability and reputation.

@SSivanDMK First learn how a bank works. Bank will source funds from customers in way deposits and lending the same funds as loans. Difference between the two interests is the income of the banks. How will bank give deposit interest rate same as loan interest rate? Will you give?
