Same day same airline, same rubbish . Its 1820 and we still havent boarded. @MOTMalaysia I think better start fining airlines and giving it back to the passengers for inconvenience. Think your leniency on the matter is whats making them take their passengers for granted.

@malindoair ,it is important you adhere to time stipulated on your ticket. We picked the ticket based on your proposed time. Ive not faced this once traveling with @MAS . I chose your airline on due to time constraints budget Airlines doesnt mean budgeted services.

@MAS Don't ask me to send you details here and just keep me waiting with no conclusion.called ur customer service today and they told me there is no way around it. Then they promised to send a link to update the details and make payment . Nothing happened

@MAS I'm utterly disappointed. Sending an email to your customer service and having a reply to fill up a form ,shows us passengers ur merely trying to make it inconvenient for us to file a complaint. opted for a more.expensive option to be given the flexibility .

@MAS I had a horrible experience speaking to your customer service today. After boooking and being given an option to change the details of passengers' names ,I wasn't able to change the surname of my kids. calling your call centre was like speaking with a recovery centre . 1/3
