@DPDgroup_news I am in Belgium, a delivery attempt was done when i wasn’t at home, the relay points refused to accept my package, I had no info during a full week on where was my parcel, I maid several attempts to call to finally discover that it will be returned, and thus no Christmas present

@DPDgroup_news probably the WORST experience I ever had with a delivery company,
No package delivered, no infos, I had to call 4 times on over expensive number to learn that my parcel had been scan for a return! Even though I was home all week!
No Christmas presents ! Thx DPD!
