@British_Airways you cancelled flights. Do not answer the phone and now changed all my holiday times baggage allowance etc. and I can’t change this. Awful service. I am shocked a disappointed by BA

@British_Airways I have been trying to call for five days. But ba are “too busy” to answer my call. You’ve cancelled a flight and no opportunity to talk to an operator. Not good enough. BA have gone completely downhill.
