@gibby9316630572 @Ticketmaster I did research on TikTok for the Ariana fans who already went through this. I think you get an email, and there will be a "requests" portal on ticketmaster for you to view the status. It'll go from "pending/processing" to "successfully" or "unsuccessful"

They have to check internally 1st on availability, so now I must wait... but I also asked them to check my other order that I had yet to receive the tickets for. They said 2/3
@mochibabie1@seokjinsized How did you contact them? I got mine through seatgeek too, and I need a refund or replacements bc I have everything else booked for my trip and it's past the refund window 😭
@an9th1ng@Ticketmaster I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but in the email ticketmaster said we have to reach out to the site we purchased from. I did yhe self service through seatgeek and they said no refunds unless the event was actually canceled. I'll try calling them and see what they say, but...
