Stop saying you'll do it...... And do it ✌️

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

The last week has been absolutely crazy. The people of Stevenage have made me proud 🥲 & I am proud of myself & my girls for making a difference #StandWithUkraine #stevenagestandswithukraine @SMcPartland

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

@RoyalMail I’d like help with finding out where my parcel is that you have said has been delivered to a safe space and a card left. I have no safe space, no card & no parcel……..

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

@medexpressUK I called & got a refund just this morning. I’m going to use another provider.

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

@medexpressUK I have been calling & emailing. Even did a complaint & all I get told is 7-10 day wait. It’s ridiculous. It’s 7 days today since trying to switch & 16 days since my original order. It’s unacceptable when other providers are managing to get there’s out in days.

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

@medexpressUK 7-10 days now for wg after being told it would be quicker than mj. But a new customer had hers approved on the same day & sent out. How was their order fulfilled but mine wasn’t as an existing customer? Day 6 since deciding to switch & still not been reviewed by a clinician.

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

@medexpressUK ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. Took my money & didn’t approve MJ for 9 days & then told there was no stock. Switched to WG because there was no stock issues & day 3 again with no approval. Got greedy & took on new customers & let existing customers down!!! #Disgraceful

@Support_Desk49 You lot think I’m thick! Stop trying to scam people

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

@revolutsupport It’s already be brought to you attention 9 days ago & on chat for days after. Assisting her accordingly would actually be nice considering no one other person has managed to be helpful.

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

@RevolutApp I am absolutely disgusted at the service of this bank. My daughter was scammed 9 days ago & was given a deadline of 04/08 for it to be resolved & get a refund but is still waiting without any updates from them & having to chase daily. You are meant to protect her 1/2

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

@revolutsupport She’s is messaging on insta now

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

@Gabriella246056 @REFUND_BOARD She’s already scammed once give it a rest!!!

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

@revolutsupport She is on chat with them currently & has been for days. Pretty sure it’s AI responses. They keep repeating the same things. 9 days so far & no sign back of her £150. Disgusting service.

[Vix ✨ @vixcopeland]

As a bank instead you’ve left her in financial hardship. Your customer service on the messaging chat is ridiculous & I’m pretty sure it’s AI responses. The FCA states a prompt refund & resolution in fraud cases not 9 days +! This needs resolving today! #revolut

@GBNEWS Heaven forbid he’d have to help!

My daughter found this in a pack of prawn cocktail purchased from Iceland Stevenage on the 5/04.
