@GNRailUK hi - do you know if the contactless tap in/out machine is working at WAS station? It was offline this morning. I don’t want to be charged the Earth if I tap in in London and can’t tap out again!

@GNRailUK I’ve just been charged £100 by Thameslink for incomplete journeys - I ALWAYS touch in at WAS so I can only assume the card reader isn’t working - please help!! I pay enough for my train ticket without a £100 charge!!!

@TLRailUK I think I’ve been wildly overcharged for my travel - £44 for a single from WAS to HHY at 8am, then single from FPK to WAS via SVG at 21:00 because of cancelled trains?!
