@Chey_ttv The only thing that seems to ease my pain a little is having heat on my tummy constantly so maybe try a hot water bottle to relieve some pain if you haven’t, just be careful though I’ve ended up burning myself from overuse 🩷

@Chey_ttv Yeah that really sucks I’m so so sorry! Honestly just keep pushing to get diagnosed because there’s obviously something not right and it took me years to finally get taken seriously!

@Chey_ttv Yeah most definitely, mine started in just my tummy (mostly the left) and has now spread to the bottom of my back where if I’m not careful my back will start twinging and I cannot walk properly. I’ll go through stages of having pain for an hour a day to constantly for months :c

So the doctors have referred me to a gynaecologist and now anytime I need painkillers for my stomach pains, they won’t do anything because it’s not their problem anymore, even though I’ve not even had an appointment yet so can’t get said pain killers
