@GaryUsher_Chef Took my Dad out for a birthday meal. He loves garden peas with his steak but they weren’t on the menu. They went out and bought some and brought them back with a birthday plate and glass of fizz. I’ve told everyone how great to service was ever since. It’s the small things!
