@PanasonicIndia I think no one is looking after the processes related to after sales services/ repairs in India. A world class organisation is not organised in post sales management. 2 times I have paid visiting charges both times my complaints have been closed without repairs.

@SamsungIndia . I raised a complaint 3 weeks ago. Gave all information asked for. Purchased a premium product from #samsung. Yet your executives want me to beg for what I purchased. Shamefully No resolution from Samsung om my Tablet cover I opted for.
