@shadowfax_in very unprofessional service. Delivery rescheduled again without contacting the customer. Driver saying he won't deliver. @jagograhakjago how can a company exists without customer care.

1. Driver said as only 1 item is there he won't deliver in that area.
2. I asked to pick it up myself but they denied to share the location.
3. Driver himself rescheduling the delivery.

@ACTFibernet How do I get refund details after disconnection. My connection was disconnected in Nov and i am yet to get refund. Customer care says refunded to bank account but not confirming which bank account or transaction number.
